Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Workmanship Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all workmanship for auto glass replacement and repair services. If you experience any issues related to our installation work — such as leaks, wind noise, or glass detachment — we'll address it at no cost to you. This warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle and covers the quality of our installation work specifically.

Glass Quality Guarantee

All replacement glass we install meets or exceeds OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards for safety and clarity. We source our glass from reputable suppliers who certify their products for structural integrity and optical clarity. If you receive a defective part (which is extremely rare), we'll replace it immediately at no charge.

ADAS Calibration Guarantee

For vehicles requiring Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration after windshield replacement, we guarantee our calibration services meet manufacturer specifications. If your calibration results in warning lights or system malfunctions, we'll re-calibrate at no cost until the system functions correctly.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or modify a service. Here's how we handle different refund scenarios:

Cancellations Before Service

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you're entitled to a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit, which helps us cover the costs of scheduling and technician availability.

Cancellations on Service Day

If you need to cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule without penalty, but cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a small service fee to cover our technician's time and travel.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling your appointment is always free — no questions asked. We just ask that you give us at least 4 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the slot to another customer if needed.

Payment Refund Process

When a refund is applicable, we process it promptly and transparently:

  • Original Payment Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Processing Time Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Cash refunds are available in-store upon approval.
  • Deposit Returns Deposits for cancelled appointments are fully refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance.
  • Warranty Claims Workmanship warranty claims involve no payment exchange — we simply correct the issue at no cost.

What Refunds Don't Cover

While we strive to be fair and accommodating, certain situations are not eligible for refunds:

Service Already Performed

Once we've completed the auto glass service and you've accepted the work (by inspecting the vehicle and signing off), refunds are not available for the service itself. However, if you discover an issue related to our workmanship within 30 days, we'll fix it under our warranty at no cost.

Damage Unrelated to Our Work

If your vehicle experiences new damage from accidents, vandalism, weather, or other external factors after our service, this isn't covered by our refund policy. We recommend checking with your auto insurance provider for comprehensive coverage.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We cannot offer refunds for issues that existed before our service but were not disclosed during the initial assessment. This includes rust, frame damage, or pre-existing leaks that affect our ability to complete a proper installation.

Customer-Induced Damage

Damage caused by the customer after service — such as improper cleaning chemicals damaging the new glass, or not allowing adhesive to cure properly — is not covered under our warranty or refund policy.

Insurance Claims

If your auto glass service was covered by insurance, refund policies may differ based on your insurance company's terms. We work directly with most major insurance providers and follow their guidelines for billing and adjustments. If your insurance company denies a claim after we've performed the work, you may be responsible for payment according to your policy terms.

We recommend verifying your coverage with your insurance provider before scheduling service. Our team can help you understand your coverage and handle the claims process to make it as smooth as possible for you.
